About nodes and connecting
What do I read in the node list?
Latency and load: low latency with light load usually runs better. To change region, disconnect first, then pick.
Can I switch nodes after connecting?
Yes. Disconnect, choose another in the list, and once it reads connected you can carry on.
Why does speed vary?
Local network, node load and time of day all matter; switch nodes, pause heavy tasks or avoid peak hours.
Is the transport encrypted?
Yes, along the whole path; what is handled and for how long is written in the Privacy Policy.
Do you record what I visit?
Only what the service needs, under the Privacy Policy; browsing content is never repurposed.
Can a laptop and a phone use it at once?
One account signs in on several devices; concurrent use follows your account page and plan.
What are the install requirements?
Windows needs 64-bit Win10/11 and 200 MB free; macOS covers Apple silicon and Intel; phones need enough storage.
Anything to configure after install?
No. Sign in, pick a node, connect.
What if it will not connect?
Switch nodes, check your own network, restart the client; if it persists, follow the checklist in the guide.
