QuickQ / Questions answered

On nodes, speed and safety

Choosing nodesSpeed and stabilityEncryptionFaults
How do I pick a suitable node?

Prefer low latency and light load; to change region, disconnect first. Live status is shown in the list.

Speed is poor after connecting

Switch to a less loaded node, pause heavy downloads and sync, and try to avoid peak hours.

How is my data protected?

The transport path is encrypted end to end, lowering exposure on public networks; exact handling sits in the Privacy Policy.

Do you log what I visit?

Only information the service needs is handled, under the Privacy Policy; browsing content is never repurposed.

How many devices per account?

One account signs in on several devices; concurrent use follows your account page and plan.

A node will not connect - what now?

Try another node, confirm your own network is fine, then restart the client if needed.

Where do I get the client?

On this site's download page, by system. Take it from here only to avoid repacked third-party files.

Can I keep using it after changing phone?

Yes - install on the new device and sign in to the same account; plan and device records carry over.

Which systems are supported?

Windows, macOS, iOS and Android all have clients, and Linux has a package as well.

How long does first setup take?

A few minutes by the guide; if it stalls, run through the checklist and it usually clears.

Anything to watch while using it?

Stay within local laws, follow the Terms and Privacy Policy, and never lend your account out.

Still have a question - who answers?

Search this page and the guide by scenario; if it stays open, submit through the support entry.
